More riders?? - Uber Driver

If you're having some kind issue with the Uber app or with your phone than yes, maybe someone here will be able to suggest solutions, but you do need to specify what the problem is.
But if you're expecting the app itself to increase your ridership, I don't know what to tell you. Or maybe I'm just missing something here. Anyone with better insight on this please speak up.

OK sorry so how to I delete this post
No worries about the topic. While AF is an Android focused forum, we are all friends here. If any other user has any tips on increasing Uber traffic for the OP, then they can pass it forward.

PS. I haven't had a need to use Uber, so I don't really have anything to offer. I just wanted to let folks know the topic is fine.

Here are a few tips for Uber Drivers I think you'll find helpful. Keep in mind that what YOU want isn't necessarily MORE riders: if you could make MORE money driving LESS people, wouldn't that be preferred? So what you really want to learn is how to maximize profits.

First, decide WHEN to be driving. You want to drive at peak volume times such as when the bars close in a downtown district.

Then, decide WHERE to be driving. You don't want to waste gas money and put miles on your car, so find somewhere to sit and wait for your next fare.

Use the Uber Passenger app to determine where other drivers are so you're not competing with tons of different people. Remember, you'll make the most during SURGE pricing, so you can use this to try and strategize on supply and demand.

You can see how long the wait time is for certain areas based on the passenger app and then go serve these areas yourself! If there is a nearby airport, casino, sporting event, concert, etc... use the passenger app to do some research and make decisions that way!

Thank you that really helps...

You can join Lyft or another uber like company. You can get riders from all of them.
