Moto E 5 Plus blocks SIP traffic on mobile internet.

Hi. My new Motorola E 5 Plus will not work with certain VoIP providers, in this case specifically with Zadarma.
It will work in wi-fi mode, but NOT in wireless Internet mode. It won't work with the original zadarma application, nor with zoiper, linphone etc.. It used to work perfectly with my previous ZTE Z max phone. Problem is not the VoIP provider's site, nor by T- mobile, it has something to do with the phone itself and or the preloaded apps which came with the phone. Motorola tech support not very helpful.

Any ideas?

I checked into this and it seems to be an app issue.. I say this because near all their reviews are only 1 & 2 stars, most stating the same problems you are having, sorry.. You may need to try a different app or something, Hope that helps

If this were an application issue it would not work on other phones. It works on ZTE, Samsung etc. Plus the service did not work on a number of other apps ( you do not have to use their app) either.
