droid RAZR M

I had a droid RAZR m new since Jan. After getting off share plan, that had me tracked and controlled by a secret to me family locator plan. A relationship crumbled and suddenly I was hacked. So Verizon replaced my RAZR m. Even taking it into the store they failed miserably to restore previous aacount info all back up systems failed. By 3rd week I had lost a lot but had a base. Then Motorola did a forced systems push and fried by phone. Toast. Me thing I had the SD card in there all was safe. Nope. Wiped that to..then fried the reader in the phone so I couldn't back up again. Phone got hot and slowed typing to a crawl and version blames Motorola and offer me a new phone, any phone, SD card 32gb , and 2 readers. They described a few but they were too big or were slide outs..no way. So I took yet another RAZR m . Tonight , day two of desperately seeking restore anything but contacts now all screwed up again and doubled..another systems update. Already found some password problems, push wiped the password root or something. Had to. reset all passwords. My main question since my calanders didn't sync and everything was synced correctly and rechecked and once again synced.. backup restore apps not working right. Should I change my mind and go for the new droid maxx or ultra?

Hi and welcome to the forums. It sounds like a pretty nasty set of issues there with getting everything up and running again on your razr m. I dont feel comfortable suggesting another device but will point you in the direction of others here at Android Forums who actually may be able to help you out on restoring the razr m.
