Moto G Pure not charging

This phone is still not charging. I have tried many different combinations of chargers, cords, a different outlet, and nothing works. Please help.

Sounds like you have tried about everything these is to try. Did you say you bought it at Walmart? Maybe if you take back to the electronics dept at Walmart they will exchange it for you, if it's not too old.

Have yoy tried using compressed air on the charging port?
