My wife has a Moto G. Recently it updated to Lollypop 5.0.2. Since then she has been unable to use mobile data, even though in settings it says that it is switched on. So if there is no WiFi available, she has no internet connection. Is this a known bug or is there a simple fix please? I recall having the same problem in the past on my Nexus 5, but it was resolved - although I can't remember how. Many thanks.
