I have T-Mobile and i was going to get the 2014 moto g. My only concern is that it dosent have WiFi calling what would be the best alternative. Can I use mobile hot with this phone.

Google Hangouts includes a WiFi calling feature. Hotspot ability will depend if your plan includes it.
