Hi all I'm new to this forum,I just bought my first android phone which I've had since last Friday,so far I'm enjoying it very much.Previously I had window's phone and iPhone.
OK here is my question I received my phone on Friday and I have received a few updates since via android store, but unfortunately I have searched for updates for my phone and it keeps saying "phone software up to date"
I checked my current software version and it says 4.4.4 which I believe is KitKat.
Is this correct or should I be using lollipop 5.0.2?
Thanks.

Lollipop is in the throes of being rolled out for that handset so worth checking from time to time. If yours is a branded handset eg EE or Vodaphone etc, they offer their own versions (with bloatware) and these are usually delayed a little.

Thanks for you're reply,no its just a pay&go phone on 3 network.
I haven't received any updates fr my phone not even the standard Lollipop 5.0.0 update,it still keeps saying 4.4.4.
I will keep checking and see what happens.thanks again.
