My G4 plus suddenly looses audio and works only in headphones unless I restart the phone and audio comes back for sometime and again repeats the same and Even my sim slot 1 doesn't show any sim card on being inserted and the 2nd slot doesn't get Volte service so I can't call but use internet in LTE. Is all this a software issue or what pls help me
