Moto G4 Plus OEM Locked condtion No OS in Mobile

my mobile os deleted.., then boot os through fastboot OS 6.0.1

after i got 7.0 os update while install 7.0 OS .... booting failed or some error i don't know correctly

after my mobile dead only LED blink while charging condition only..

after i got some bat file through ABT boot loader .. my mobile turn on in Dummy fastboot mode with oem locked condition...

i try lot of stock rom .. then all cmd are failed to bootloader..

i try fastboot erase userdata..
