Help moto g4 shows the comm mode has started

Help guys my moto g4 battery was down when i plugged it n switched it on its getting restarted again n again, n ders no signals n it shows the comm test has started n ders a app come up in my device by name CAQTEST, please help me getting my phone to normal

Leave it turned off and on charge for a while.
Phone cycling on and off could mean not enough charge in battery to run properly.
