I am trying to upload photos and video from my MOTOg6 phone to my PC for the first time. I have windows 10.
I connect the phone and import the stuff but about half way through it says.
Something went wrong. Some of your files may not have been transferred. And some are not being transferred.
I have no idea what to do or why this is happening. I want the photos off the phone and save.
Can someone please help me?!?!?!?!
So frustrating that something so simple is being difficult!!!
