Moto X after one year

Hey Guys,

Been using my Moto X for the last year and I have to say it is still holding up strong. I came from a S3/iPhone4 and am happier with this probably because it still runs so smooth and battery is still good.

Hopefully Motorola/Lenovo stick with the same philosophy with the X2/X+1!

I made my first youtube video on it here if you want to check it out https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eNrmyRFnn28

Let me know if you have any questions about the phone if you are deciding to get it or not!

I have had my Moto X for about a week. I really like the phone. Battery life and camera were my pre jitters and both turned out to be very good. However, I just read about a front camera grommet issue. Seems it gets loose and blocks the lens. Have you had this problem?

Hey hisense,

I don't see any dislocation of the lens/case/grommet thing. It looks pretty centered to me.

I rarely ever use the front facing camera - just checked it out and it looks fine. nothing is blocked.

Attached is a photo for your reference. It's pretty hard to see though if you can see it at all.

Cheers
Ken

Mine has moved/slipped. I never use the front camera so honestly haven't cared.

I just took some shots with it just to test it and it doesn't seem to cause a problem even though it's covering up part of the lens.
