Ccleaner, Pedometer espcially throughout the day, anyways how to make them not show up on
the notification bar?
the notification bar?

I have Android 8.0.0Recent versions of Android let you block notifications for specific apps: try long press on the notification or swipe it just a little and you should find an option to disable them. I'm not sure what Android version this started at though, since I skipped from 5 to 8 in one go so never used 6 or 7. And it does block all notifications for that app.
What do you use ccleaner for? If it's just disk cleaning then you don't need it running in the background at all. And if it doesn't have settings to stop that stuff then try something like SD Maid, which only does storage maintenance. "memory cleaner", "phone booster" are just euphemisms for "task killer", so you don't want that stuff anyway.
Pedometer: well there are a huge number of pedometer apps, so if this one has an annoying notification and no setting to turn it off, and your phone doesn't have the option to block notifications (or you don't want to block all notifications from the app) then you can always find another which doesn't do this.
Excatly honney.@Hadron, Milo and I have the same problem, described in this thread's title; we've discussed it before, as we have the same phone (Moto Z² Force Edition, Oreo) and are both annoyed by the issue. Here's what we're dealing with:

Swiping yields:

Choosing its settings button yields:

Then choosing 'all categories:'

As you see, "apps running in background" is turned off in notifications.
Choosing its clock button 'snoozes' it for an arbitrary, non-configurable one hour.
It cannot be swiped away.
We've yet to find a way to get rid of the damned thing!
Yep!Excatly honney.
Somehow even though we may never met up, I somehown developed a little crush over you..I donno why . I am sorry if I am hitting on someone whoms married off.Yep!
Ah, so it's a system notification that's showing despite being turned off. OK, that's different from how I understood it.@Hadron, Milo and I have the same problem, described in this thread's title; we've discussed it before, as we have the same phone (Moto Z² Force Edition, Oreo) and are both annoyed by the issue. How did you get the seconds on the clock?@Hadron, here are some more screenshots of settings:

The on-but-grayed-out switches have options chosen within, as shown above. For example, 'apps running in background' has its 'importance' set to 'low'--which is the lowest of its four possible choices. And, as in the earlier shot, it's set for 'no sound or visual interruption.'
I've plodded through every setting that MIGHT possibly solve the problem, but am still coming up empty. Any ideas you may have are gratefully welcome.
System UI Tuner, under Time:How did you get the seconds on the clock?
I did not see it at all.
