Motorola Admiral won't boot need contacts but no sym card

My Sprint Motorola Admiral is dead. I need my contacts. This was not synced to gmail. Can the contacts be retrieved? Who can troubleshoot this device to power up?
 
Your contacts should be linked to your Google account. Just go to google.com/contacts and log into your Google account (gmail username and password) and you should see your contacts and be able to write down the ones you need
