Have a LTE radio in the phone is highly unlikely so I Would have to say no.
But they could suprise you.

Having missed last summer's bus as far as getting an Android phone goes, I'm not missing it this time. However, I'm puzzled that with the Atrix coming out in about four weeks, why phone review sites haven't yet obtained advance units for review? I'd have thought that manufacturers would do so to build hype, so maybe that'll happen in the next couple of weeks?
