Help Motorola Droid 2 Global

I just got my second Droid 2 Global sent to me.
The first phone started acting up after 5 months. I could not hear anymore, the only way to have a conversation was using the speaker phone. I called and got a "new" one. Which lasted for about 5 days now that is doing the same thing. Now I am on number 3. This is getting ridiculous.

I just received my 2nd D2G 3 days ago and it is already acting up like the 1st one did. For some reason the audio for calls is coming out of the rear speaker (but at a very low volume). Speaker phone is not on, but even when I toggle it on and off of speaker phone nothing changes. Maybe I should get in line for my 3rd attempt at a functioning phone?

My D2 was replaced with a D2G "clnr-poc"(certified like new-piece of crap). not 1 time but 3. I am very disappointed with Verizon and this phone. The phone has terrible battery life and seems very buggy.
