Motorola Droid Deleting Email Accounts

Has anyone else had an issue with the Droid completely eliminating email accounts? This has happened to me twice now and it's such a pain in the butt. I have one Exchange account for work and one Pop account (yahoo). Both times I've gone to access my email and the accounts were just gone (my gmail account however remained in tact). I have to go and add them in again and adding Yahoo as a Pop account is no picnic.

Does anyone know how to prevent this from happening or if that's even possible? Thank you!

The same thing happened to me this morning. My accounts were there, I shut down to replace the battery, I restarted, my MobileMe and Microsoft Exchange accounts were gone. Only Gmail remained...

I haven't installed (or even used) any 3rd party apps recently, and the only one that has been updated recently was GoogleMaps (or something else by Google).

If this starts happening often, it's a deal breaker for me. Anyone have any tips?
