Motorola Droid Razr Maxx on at&t

No. Verizon is CDMA. CDMA and GSM are totally different technologies. It would be like getting your car's tail pipe to show pictures.
 
Isn't the Razor Maxx capable of operating on: Global, CDMA and GSM networks? Mine actually operated with a GSM sim Card in Beijing, China.
Is the phone locked for the local GSM network?
 
The only way you will be able to get the phone to work on AT&T is to unlock the phone. The Droid series phones are Verizon exclusive.
