How can a root a motorola Droid running android 2.2.3 FRK76??????? Help!!!! I'm also using a mac not a pc
 
You could try Z4 Root. This is an .apk file that you transfer onto your phone. All you need to do is use an application like Astro File Manager or ES File Explorer to find the .apk file and install it. It will do the rest on your phone, it works on both Mac and PC.
