Yeah, I bought one, and it lasted 2 days. Now it won't turn on. They are just about impossible to reach by phone, and won't answer e-mails.

I hope that this is an isolated incident & that you can get a replacement soon.YMMV,but,I've had no problems reaching ALL4CELLULAR's customer service deptartment,via phone or e-mail.

Have you contacted MOTOROLA directly to see if they will service your warranty?
