Motorola Moto Bravo Not so Smart Phone

I am unable to connect WiFi to my home AT&T router despite repeated attempts and tech service calls to Consumer Cellular = service provider, Motorola, AT&T and AT&T Tech Connect (paid service--I do not recommend this service!!!). Phone WiFi goes through the entire connection process..."authenticate", "remember", always goes to "disable" without connecting. I can connect effortlessly at away from home hotspots. Not one company has been able to help me. I will be grateful for a solution! THANK YOU!!!

Hello and welcome aboard. WiFi problems can be caused by several things. 1). It could be the router. 2). Or it could be the device radio. On the router try to change the channel. On the device when you're in the WiFi settings, tap on menu and see other options. Reset the device if necessary. Reboot and unplug the router. I hope you find a solution to this problem. Also, you should check in over at http://androidforums.com/motorola-bravo

Good luck.

Thanks for Joining the forum. :)

I appreciate the very fast reply with recommendations. Don't think I can change ATT router channel but have attempted the others via one of the many tech scv calls. Will investigate the router option. Thanks again!!
