Help Motorola Moto e application manager?

Hello,
For my Samsung Galaxy tablet, I can start the built in Task Manager to stop all apps I have running. I don't see how to do that on my Motorola Moto e android smartphone. Is there a built in feature o do this? If not, what's the best app to install for this? I read that task killers are bad. Thanks.

The "kill all" button has disappeared from the Lollipop task switcher. To be honest, it's not needed: if you have an individual app misbehaving you can kill that, otherwise just leave the OS to kill them if it needs the storage and let them sleep if not.

It's the same principle as with task killers: if you return to the app and it's still in memory that uses less energy than killing it and restarting it, otherwise it's not doing any harm, and if the phone needs the storage then it will kill the app itself.

But if you really can't live without having this option somewhere, System Panel has an "end all" button in its tasks view.

Where is the system panel? I'm looking for this in case I get many apps running by just hitting the home button and opening another
