Help Motorola not updating

I have a at&t unlocked motorola blur that i use with iwireless. I cant use apps or post tweets and certain things i assume due to the fact of this phone not receiving updates anymore. Is there any way to flash a rom and then it start recieving regular updates and be compatible with those apps? Or should i buy a new phone?

With a device that old your best option is to replace it unfortunately.

If you like Motorola and want a low cost phone the Moto G and Moto E are both two good options for you.
