Help Motorola "ok google" launcher reveals hidden notifications content

I have a Moto X 2nd generation with Android 5.0. I hide my notifications content when the phone is blocked, but if I say "ok google, what's up?" it speaks my notifications (with content) without requiring unlocking

does it make sense to report this as a security issue?

If you're using Touchless Controls (or whatever it's called now) I would expect it to read the notifications, since it should only respond to your voice. I think it's worth reporting, in case this behavior is unintended.
