Root Motorola Razr MAXX EU root

I have Motorola Razr Maxx EU version with ICS 4.0.4 installed.

My question is if I can use Droid Razr Utility v.1.82 to root my Maxx (is it safe?), or there is some better solution?
What about EternityProject EasyRootICS v1.5?

Here are some info about my phone:
system version: 672.180.41.XT910.NonEFIGSRetail.en.EU
kernel version: 3.08.-gc00ba37
build number: 6.7.2-180_SPU-19-TA-11.6

Matts utility or you could try Motofail exploit "if its still live" Usually Matts utility handles everything, just dont flash anything through the utility
