Motorola Razr (Verizon) vs Galaxy S4?

I have a huge decision to make and have read a lot but still not sure which way to go. I will be using Verizon. My main uses will be heavy web surfing, pictures, and scheduling/task mgt.
anyone worked with both if these? Thanks for any insights.

Are you talking about about the Droid Razr Maxx HD?

If so, here's a comparison between the two:

The only reason I would go for the Razr is if I didn't like Samsung or if I needed a stock 3,300mAh battery.

I have not personally used the Razr. My wife chose the Razr when she upgraded from the Inc 2. She is not a heavy phone user by any means and she could only get a half a day out of a battery charge. It also would reboot itself every other day. She kept that phone for a week before switching it for the DNA.

I don't have the S4 so I can't speak for that phone.

Thanks for the thoughts on these. I checked them out and like the Galaxy much better.
