Motorola: so many products!

While I enjoy the sleek LG V30 I recently purchased and hacked to be a totally hands free phone, (I mean from lock screen to opening apps, all using voice command) I must admit I still hold out hope of coming back to a Motorola phone with moto voice. It was in my opinion the best voice control program ever.
So far I haven't been able to find a motorola with specs much better than my dear departed motorola Moto X Pure, which had
Camera: 21MP
RAM 3GB
But best of all......MOTO VOICE.
I said it. Moto voice was so good I didn't even need to say "Ok google" and I could make my phone wake up from a lock screen, and no matter what app I was in it would still respond.
It's four years later, and motorola has added a measly 1-3 GB, (GIVE US 8GB) on a phone with a significantly lesser quality camera, but basically I thought you Moto heads might know.
Which is the phone with the highest specs that has Moto Voice?

Thanks!

I still have my MXPE somewhere around here as an emergency spare, but I can relate with your frustration over manufacturers removing really useful features to make room for not-so-useful features. For example, Samsung removed S Notes, which was a phenomenal app that used the S Pen to take down notes... and then actually link it to a function. For example, I could scribble someone's phone number down; and later, call up that note and S Notes would read it as a phone number and give me the option to call it or add to contacts. But no, that's too useful to keep!

My sister has my MXPE and I must admit I sometimes miss it. I loved the few things Moto added, they sure did come in handy. I have a Z2 Play sitting here as a backup, it's a nice phone but I'm really loving my Essential. Le sigh, the chase is always on for the perfect phone that really just doesn't exist.

Yeah, this "one step forward while reducing essential specs popular in last years version", is a dumb strategy.

If the Motorola Moto x had simply designed a plus version with a bigger screen and more RAM, I would have jumped on the Moto bandwagon.

I finally trained my LG V30, (I bought it specifically because it could unlock on a voice command) to unlock at my passphrase, and then I can say "OK Google" to activate it.
However, "google voice assistant" is notoriously unreliable, and even adjustments to the text to voice, or app-to-voice functions, like speeding up the speech rate or changing the tone pitch, only work on some of the functions in the GVA.
"Google voice assistant" is like a drunk accountant who only shows up when they want to and does shoddy work.

So far I am not impressed. It was a better market for these function four years ago. SMH.
Thanks all for listening to my sad tale of woe. Lol. First world problems.
