When we heard Lenovo would transform Motorola and inject their own personnel to lead the company into the future, we didn't think they'd completely shut the name down. According to Rick Osterloh, Lenovo has decided to begin phasing out Motorola's brand name. A tiny bit of Motorola will live on, though, as their mobile products will continue to be called "Moto by Lenovo."
