Just wondering what everyone's opinion is about Motorola's Chinese app store, Shop4Apps. With Google's recent war of words with the Chinese Government, it seems pretty unlikely that the Android Marketplace will ever surface there.
I recently applied to Motorola's development program to see what it was all about, and I've been accepted. My girlfriend is Taiwanese, so she's currently in the process of translating my Strings.xml file into traditional and simplified Chinese. In theory, once my app is Droid-ready, I could just upload it and let things roll.
However, given that this is a completely separate marketplace from Google's and that it's based in China, should there be anything in particular I should look out for? Or will all be ok as long as I keep things purely as business?
