It's got a few scuffs but it's functional and for the most part looks good. I don't have a screen protector on it but the screen is completely scratch and nick free so one will slide right on if you want to put one on. Comes with wall charger, car charger, 8GB micro SD card and an extra battery and the cover for that (it's the extended one).

Sorry the screen doesn't look super clean in these photos. Should have fiddled with the flash first. It's scratch free but it currently does not have a screen protector on it and I don't have any to add into the package.
