Just in case any other Verizon sales rep should tell someone this as well the H17 does not allow you to dictate messages, I am going back to the store tomorrow.

I got a Thunderbolt on Tuesday. While I was at the Verizon store, the sales rep convinced me to buy this motorola H17 bluetooth headset with my device, stating that it was capable of not only reading my texts to me, but also allowed me to orally dictate replies to text messages.
I paired my H17 with my Thunderbolt, and downloaded the motospeak app which I read in the manual I needed. The app has some functionality, it will ask me if I want to hear the message, and will give me the option to call the person back, but I never receive a reply option. What am I doing wrong? Anyone experience this problem?
