Help MotoX only plays one note of ringtone

When I receive a phone call on my MotoX my phone only plays like one note of my ringtone and then stops making noise. I have changed the ringtone and tried both preloaded tones and downloaded tones. My notification tones work just fine though. Any thoughts?

I am having the exact same issue. I have had my X since December. This problem started a few weeks ago. All was normal until then. Any help would be appreciated. I've tried everything but can't figure out the cause of this problem.

I ran my phine in safe mode to determine if it was an application causing the problem...and it was. I had a call blocker application that I deleted and it works just fine now!

I think you were right. I just uninstalled the call blocking app on my phone and now it rings normally. Thanks!!!!
