Help Mounting Phone

I was just wondering
How do i mount my android phone as a disk drive
Im trying to put Gameboid lite onto it
How To: Play GBA Games On Android For Free! | I Can Has Pi?
So yea i just need to know how to mount this phone as a disk drive
I have windows 7 if thats helps

plug the usb cable into the computer
plug the other end into your phone
if neither end fits, try reversing the cable
pull down the alert screen and touch USB to use as mass storage
