Move Apps to Sd

I just bought the Samsung Prevail 2, loved it until i realized i can't move the apps to my SD card. There is no option for it in the applications manager. I have tried downloading the app to sd apps off google play and when i select the apps to move them it takes me to my application manager where there is again no option for it. Why would they do that, it's so annoying!!
 
With android 4.1 and later the partitions are now virtualized and allocated dynamically. What this means is that all free space in the internal storage is available for apps. Moving them to an SD card is no longer necessary. That's why the option is removed.
 
thanks, but i only have 1.5 gb on my internal storage, that limits what i can download. didn't they think of that?
