Help Move Google Apps off the home screen.

I recently moved Google Drive to the home screen. But now I want to remove it from the home screen. Cannot delete it and dragging it below google search bar just sends it back to the home screen. Anyone know how to do this.

Long press and drag to the top of the screen there should be a trash bin...

Long press them release, a menu will pop up with uninstall, remove from home, etc.

Got it. I dragged it to the top and hit the X to remove. Thanks for your help.
