move memory to SD card

I want to move some applications from phone memory to the SD card. I am unable to transfer the same, so please help me out...
 
Unfortunately, more recent versions of Android no longer support App2SD. In order to get this to work you will need to root your phone. See the rooting section of the sub-forum for your phone for more information.
