I am trying to move my downloaded music to my sd card... I was able to do so but play music never recognised the songs were there. I tried moving the music back and still can't see my music in the play music app... Please help... I am rooted (big thank you to AF!) It took the first attempt at it on my HP Slate 7...

You can change the storage location via the music app, have you tried doing that?
