Moving 9GB File off Phone Memory - How??

Hi...

I have a 9GB file saved in my internal phone memory (it is a root recovery file). I tried to transfer the file to my computer using USB cable and Android File Transfer (AFT), however, the transfer is limited to 4GB or LESS.

Any other thoughts how to get this off my phone and onto my computer besides like bluetooth?? At the moment, I don't have an SD card installed so was thinking of transferring from internet memory to SD card to computer (but might have to be concerned about FAT32 file formatting file transfer limits as well).

Any thoughts??

Format the SD exfat, it doesn't have the 4GB limit AFAIK.
