Don't you have an external SD card?

That would be the place to which the apps are moved.

The internal storage is for the app's data.
Nav apps like Navigon need some GB of storage to store their maps.

And you can store your files.
But media file should stored on the external SD card (less problems with media apps).

Why do you even have to move apps to internal SD? keep them in the 2gb phone storage. They'd work better from there. I had 200 apps and I didn't even use all those 2gb up.
