Help Moving app to sd card doesn't move app completely from phone storage

When I move app from Phone Storage to External Sd card, it gets moved to Sd card, but it shows the app in phone storage with its installed size, and also shows app in sd card with size of app + data size. For eg, app in Phone Storage = 5 Mb, app in Sd card = 6MB.
Why is it not clearing app's memory from phone storage?

That's normal, and that's how it works. The app cannot be fully moved to the SD card because of how the OS works. SD card is not treated as a primary drive, but more of an auxillary storage. You can root your phone and change certain settings in the OS to be able to fully move the app to the SD card. But it causes certain inconveniences especially when you restart your phone.
