Moving from usual root to systemless root

I rooted my Redmi-4A phone by flashing the supersu zip file from TWRP recovery. I installed xposed framework by letting the xposed app automatically download a suitable version for me.


I recently came to know about systemless xposed and systemless root. What should I do now to get system less root? Should I unroot my phone and then root it again in a systemless way or install the ROM from scratch? I am running MIUI Global 8.5.7.
 
Which miui version are you currently using ? Do you have any battery drainage issues ? I'm on MIUI 8.5.5.0 and my battery is drainage very fast. The previous version was quite good regarding battery.
How can I downgrade my MIUI version ? Please help me.
