how do i move multimedia from my lg optimus extreme phone to the memory card

Download a file explorer from Play Store, and go to either /emmc or /sdcard and move your media. If your media was on /emmc, move it to /sdcard, if your media was on /sdcard, move it to /extSdcard

I'm assuming your phone didn't come with its own file manager?
If so, I'd recommend downloading a 3rd party file manager such as Astro File Manager or if you're an ex Symbian user, download X-Plore, both will allow you to copy and paste media in bulk from your phone to your memory card.
