Moving pictures from samsung galaxy 2 to sd card

[Android Question]

Hello 8) My galaxy 2 is dying. I have a new one but cannot seem to move my pictures to it. I put a sd card in and thought I could just copy them, but that did not work. I also have a couple of games I paid for and would like to move those as well. Can someone help me?
