Help Moving start point for quick settings

Hi I am considering a move from ip5s to one of the new android devices. I noticed the quick settings are accessed from the top can this be changed to the bottom?

can anyone see my post?
Yep, we see it :D

Did you have a particular Android device in mind?

The position of the notification / Quick Settings panes are built into Android, so that can't be changed without a custom build of the OS.

Some apps are able to use gestures to trigger the notification pane, though, so that could be an option. For instance, I can swipe down anywhere on my homescreen to pull down the notifications.

Thank you so much for responding. I am interested in either the LGG4, GS6E, GS6, or Nexus 6 listed in order of interest. All I really care about is quick access to the light, I use my phone a lot at work, and need the light to see fairly often. I also appreciate using it quickly around the house. Darn motion sensor light doesn't always work when I'm headed to work. (Tired of replacing it) My phone can do this easily using one hand, I'm sure any one of these devices could as well provided it is possible to get access from the bottom or some other quick means. I'm kind of excited to change from IOS, I'm a bit bored with it, and I do not like the new Iphones design to me a big step backward.
Thanks in advance:
Andrew

Android is definitely the land of choice. There are plenty of apps and tweaks that can make the flashlight function super-quick and easy to access. :thumbsupdroid:
