Moxier Mail security

Hello,

I've been a Touchdown user for months, but I just switched jobs and can't get the program to appropriately sync with my new company email. I switched over to Moxier, which beautifully downloaded my email, tasks, and calendar, but I have some some serious security questions.

My company has a server enforced 4-digit minimum p/w requirement. They also require the ability to remote wipe.

When I set up my Moxier Mail, I decided to turn off all my display security and see if Moxier asked me to input a password - the answer is no. The program is allowing me to run NO SECURITY on the phone and still get all my corporate mail/calendar/tasks through active sync. When I used Touchdown for my corporate email, even if I turned off my screen security, the app always required me to enter a separate pin to access my corporate account.

The other question I have is that I don't see any setting that allows for a remote wipe. Touchdown clearly has a button for this in the "settings" menu. Maybe my company can do it from the server side, but I'd like to know if their wipe would result in my entire device being wiped or just my email.

Bottom line, is Moxier mail secure?

***Update: I have the same corporate email set up on my ipad, and the device WILL NOT let me turn off the passcode lock in the general settings. Why is Moxier letting me go password commando?
