I just downloaded this app and it lets you download music to your phone for free...Is there a catch to these kind of apps? How is this legal?

So how does Google allow these kinds of apps onto their app store?? Surely they know about all illegal music on there. Why do they allow this?

theres a ton of these apps out there, but afraid if any of them will lead to viruses or junky songs. anybody have a music downloaded they'd recommend from the market??
