mp3s missing from music player

i just transferred my music files to my memerize. Now about 1/4 of the songs dont appear in the music player. i can play them from the file viewer but then i cant make a playlist in music player. Is there another music player i could use that doesnt have this problem?

Are they mp3's? What is the source? Are they from itunes? Have you tried a phone reboot?

they are from limewire, all mp3s. Didnt reboot yet. They play fine from the file viewer so it doesnt make sense.
