Mp3Tunes and managing files

I just signed up at mp3tunes to sync my music. now that I sync the music files, I found alot of artist who had some singles that I like I would like to move the singles into the artist other full album that I have. I've checked their knowledgebase and tried to join the forum, but something is wrong w/ their recapture key and it's not allowing anyone to register. so I hope someone here who knows mp3tunes better than me can let me know if there's away to do this.

The phone (PCD) is an HTC Incredible.
I have a 1 to 2 second mp3 file that I would like to drop in the text messaging notification alert window so I could set for a incoming SMS. How can this be done? All I see is ringtones not e-mail or SMS notifications
