Hi and welcome to Android Forums.
I'm not sure what you mean by this. if by unlock of the screen you mean to turn the phone on for use then most phones will require a swipe, keypad password or pattern lock. if that isn't what you mean, please submit another guest question with more information or sign up to the forums and post on there where more people can assist.
