mrs. block level 31

I can't find anything walkthroughs on the internet. Does anybody play this game? I seem to be really stuck on level 31 for quite sometime here. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I typed in mrs. block in the search here and nothing even came up. Is this game not very popular or something? New user here as well as a new android user.
